Yokohama Oktoberfest 2025

Yokohama Oktoberfest is back. Get a bit tipsy at Yokohama’s iconic Red Brick Warehouse.

What happens?

Slosh German pints of beer as you sing along to traditional music played throughout the day.

Only six breweries are officially allowed to pour at the real deal in Munich. Five of them are making the trip to Yokohama: Hofbräu, Paulaner, Hacker-Pschorr, Spaten, and Löwenbräu. So, you can raise your stein knowing you’re getting the full Oktoberfest experience.

There will be over 100 types of beers available, as well as fruit beers and non-alcoholic drinks for the sober-curious.

Highlights 2025

To really recreate the German Oktoberfest atmosphere, there will be a German orchestra.

Also, as part of its sustainability revamp, the long-running Yokohama Beer has brewed up a one-off “Yokohama Oktoberfest Beer Jerez”. It’ll be poured into an equally special Noritake beer mug — think vintage Art Deco vibes, complete with a “Deco Lady” illustration dreamed up for the occasion.

Schedule 2025

Hours are noon to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays (except opening day, which starts at 3 p.m.) and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays, with last orders at 9 p.m.

Tickets 2025

¥500 will get you in the door (junior High students and younger get in for free — they’ll need an adult with them), but you’ll need to pay extra for each pint and dish you want.

Reserved seating

There’s also reserved seating you can book ahead of time through the website. You’ll be prompted to choose a date and time slot.

It costs ¥1,500 per hour per table on weekdays, and ¥2,500 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Each table can seat up to eight people, and you’ll still need to pay ¥500 admission fee (per person). Note that the final 10 minutes of your booking are reserved for cleaning and changing spaces, and last orders for food and drink are taken at 9 p.m.

Pro tip: If you’re a Yokohama resident, admission will be free on October 1.
